The SmartPOS BEpoz system allows you to scroll through orders on the touch screen, close orders on the touch screen and re-activate orders on the touch screen. No need for a bump box!

Orders from the point of sale clearly display the order time, flash in a different colour once the order is open for longer than a specified time period, and can even be set to buzz audibly every time an order is sent through from the POS system. This is ensures that no orders are missed.

We have found that the system is ideal for fast food restaurants, fine dining restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, takeaway restaurants and even bars. You may have only coffee orders diaplying on the screen, whilst kitchen dockets are sent to a kitchen printer. Any configuration is supported to match the needs of your restaurant.

If there is a problem with the touch screen, dockets are set to display or print to an alternative location and will alert the operator at the POS terminal that the job is being re-directed.
